It's been a pretty busy summer this year. I've had not one, but two loved ones in and out of hospital and it's impossible to find a job that doesn't insist on me signing on for at least a two year contract. Back to crappy courtroom temp jobs for me.

Canis Ex Mechanica hasn't been updated in a few weeks because I haven't drawn anything for it in a few months. I thought putting the buffer out every two weeks rather than every week would give me enough time to get things sorted but sadly it didn't. Which is a damn shame since I'd only just got the hang of drawing like that and now I'm going to have to start over again.

Oh, and 'Canis Ex Mechanica' is dog Latin. DOG from the machine, DOG Latin, gettit? Apparently not. People keep 'correcting' it to the proper Latin 'Canis Ex Machina'. I'll have to put up a wiki or FAQ or something.

But that'll have to wait, some things are just more important than comics. Especially ones of the interweb breed.

Another projected that got dumped by the roadside this summer was the MUGEN sprite-sets, but there's only one of you out there who cares. You know who you are.

Finally, I'm a member of Pickmans-Model now, so get your asses over there and have a gander what me and like-minded artists are doing.
